Trusses can be built to fit existing walls or
into hybrid systems, i.e. part timber frame and part
stick built.
If a hand hewn look is desired, a
section of the timber frame home can be hand hewn using
a foot adze or if desired a broad axe. If you want the
hand hewn look we at Cabin Creek Timber Frames will cut
and trial fit your trusses prior to the timbers being
hand hewn, this ensures the tightness and integrity of
the joinery.
