The timber used in the camp's timber frame stables was harvested from trees on the CampArrowhead property while clearing for pastures, playing fields and building sites. Oak, maple, yellow pine, eastern white pine and poplar were used. The stables at Camp Arrowhead consistof twenty-four twelve foot by twelve foot horse stalls divided by a twelve foot center aisle. The building also has a feed and tack room. There is a four foot overhang around the entire barn.
